Rules and Regulations

Rules for the Parents:-

1. Parents should encourage the students, to write the home works, which are notified in their school diaries and duly sign the same, on a daily basis.
2. Parents should attach the birth certificate and caste certificate along with photographs, with the duly filled and signed application, for joining their children in the school. Any other students, who are coming from other schools, must get the T.C. from the old school and attach the same along with the application.
3. Parents must meet the teachers, at-least once in a month and discuss with them on their children’s educational status. They can meet the Headmistress on any of their grievances.
4. Parents should send their children with proper uniform to the school. Also they have to ensure that the children are taking all the necessary items, including their school diaries, pens and other books, to the school every day.
5. The progress reports of each student will be sent to their parents, every month. Parents should check the same and return it to the school, along with their signatures.
6. Parents should never take their children from the school, unless and until there is an unavoidable circumstance arise. Also they should not disturb any teachers during their class sessions.
7. Parents should arrange any special tuition for their weak students, if need be.
8. All the parents must attend the Parents - Teachers meeting without fail and reveal their reviews.
9. Parents should never allow their children to wear any costly ornaments like gold or silver, to the school.

Rules for the Students:-

1. Students must wear the school uniforms & I.D Card and attend the school in time on a daily basis.
2. Students, who are studying in English medium, must speak in English only.
3. All the students must be present for the prayer before the first bell of the school.
4. All the students must form lines and go peacefully from one class to another, on any situation arises.
5. Students should maintain absolute discipline and peace inside the school. Deviating students will be penalized.
6. Students should keep their class rooms and surrounding areas with absolute neatness.
7. Students should not go out of school, during the working hours, to see their parents.
8. Students should submit leave application, before taking any leave on any reason.
9. Students, who are prone to any quick diseases, are not allowed to come to school.
10. Students should not wear costly ornaments like gold or silver to the school. The school will not be responsible for any loss of such materials.
11. Students should come to the school with proper periodical haircuts.
12. Students should not write anything on any of the school furniture, black board and walls.
13. Students should wish their Headmistress (either by Indian tradition or western tradition), teachers and other senior members, whenever they meet.
14. The school has the right to take stringent action on any student and remove, in case of any disobedience is found.
